ePHC is a Public Private Partnership (PPP) model of Government and eVaidya Pvt.Ltd. to collaboratively implement the NUHM program. eVaidyas ePHC Help improve the health status of the urban poor particularly the slum dwellers and other disadvantaged sections, by facilitating equitable access to quality health care through an integrated and holistic approach.
It is a new age concept to bring holistic care to the local community. It is a combination of primary healthcare centre, physical or tele-consultation, pharmacy, imaging (X-Ray) and Lab services (63 Lab investigations) combined together under one roof. The centre with the ANMs do the outreach programs as per NHM, conduct the health and nutrition days, participating in National public health programs like RNTPC, NTPC, family planning, de-worming, immunization, registration of the Antenatal care, promoting institutional delivery, providing epidemic alerts, contributing in reducing the IMR and MMR etc.

As the facilities are available at the ePHC for primary care, patients need not go to tertiary care for the same, thereby saving time and money for the patient and workload on the Secondary and tertiary care hospitals
